About TFH Drag Boats

The Top Fuel Hydro Drag Boats are Here!

Stan Gill, and Bad Ass Diecast Inc. have embarked on a whole new area for the diecast industry by producing a complete line of scale reproduction TF Hydro Drag Boats. These scale reproductions will represent the top fuel race teams of 2006.

Bad AssReproduced in 1:18 scale with full sponsor and team markings, exact color schemes and enough mechanical detail to keep you looking at them for hours. Fully licensed and authorized by the racing teams and their sponsors, the boats will be produced in limited edition quantities of 1250 per team and with individual serial numbers. The price for each TF Hydro Drag Boat is $119.00 plus $12.00 shipping and handling and this includes a real nice display stand! The tooling for the Top Fuel Hydro Drag Boats is complete and the first production run was produced July, 2006. To view the boats and order yours today Click Here.

Plumb CrazyA matching custom trailer is also available! The trailers or as the teams refers to them as "Dollies" are a direct replica of those used by the teams to haul the boats from race to race and around the track. They are exact in detail with tandem axels, full fenders, chrome mag wheels and carpet covered runners. Built in the same 1:18 scale they will look great behind your favorite 1:18 scale truck or car and yes the boat fits the trailer perfect. The price for each trailer is $26.95 plus $8.00 shipping and handling.

In addition to the trailer a single boat TFH acrylic display case is available for $37.50 plus $8.00 shipping and handling.

The Sport of TF Hydro Drag Boat Racing

Whisky RiverFor those of you that have never experienced the thrill of a Top Fuel Hydro Drag Boat race, you just don't know what you're missing. With more than seven thousand horse power, standing start quarter mile times of 4.5 seconds, speeds exceeding 250 mile per hour and rooster tails of more than four hundred feet long, no other type of racing can compare! To learn more about this type of racing, be sure to visit Duane Sim's, very informative web site www.dragboatracing.com.

Special thanks to Jim Faulkerson, of Aqua Systems Engineering, Las Vegas, Nevada for all the technical information on the now popular "W" drive and "Wolfie" McClendon of Watercraft by Wolfie, Ward, Arkansas for all of his help with the hull.

A special thanks also goes out to Duane Sims and his colleagues and all of the racing teams and their team members.
